Contacts are available in various sizes, from #23 to #30. Miniature contacts allow the density to be increased, and the size, weight, and space to be reduced.

They are subject to full monitoring processes control and manufactured with our sophisticated high-speed Swiss screw machines. We can perform the following:

• partial annealing
• bending
• hood assembly and 100% forces control
• colour coding, and plating.

Different sizes are available: Size 23 contacts, Size 24 contacts, Size 26 contacts, Size 28 contacts, and Size 30 contacts

Our miniature pin contacts are manufactured in accordance with the AS 39029 & EN 3155 standards. They are produced with crimp barrel and it is possible to customize the back side to to suit any specific requirement. Different sizes are available.

Our socket contacts are manufactured with our own standard miniature contacts based on the AS 39029 & EN 3155 standards. They can be used in various connectors designs and in different applications areas such as military or civil aviation.
