We are experts in long and fine contacts, double bent parts, and complex geometries, as well as in the production of miniature contacts from sizes #23 to #28. Since we sincerely believe that in order to satisfy your needs, we must continually reinvent ourselves, Lemco Précision SA has created its own innovation department. It is made up of specialist engineers - using their experience and looking at market trends as well as using feedback from other departments - to design innovative solutions. Their primary goal is to strengthen and improve the performance of our contacts. Through this, we developed Swisscoat and the Micro-Isostatic solution, allowing damaged contacts to be repaired. Faced with the growing demand for miniaturisation of parts, we are also able to produce very small contacts, currently up to size #28, while maintaining the same performance. Thanks to our state-of-the-art production methods, we are a manufacturer of choice in several sectors:

We have also put in place procedures to recycle waste products by collecting discarded chips, swarf, and lubricant. We are also reducing the amount of lead and chemical substances used in our manufacturing processes.
