Your start at Lemco Précision SA

As with all relationships, first impressions are important. We will do our utmost to ensure that your start at Lemco Précision SA, and maybe the world of precision screw machining in general, goes as smoothly as possible.

 

Onboarding phase

Every new employee is welcomed by their supervisor who will introduce them to their direct colleagues and show them around the company. Their assignments will also be defined along with their objectives and any related challenges. Because the health and safety of our employees are paramount, the safety rules will be explained during this phase.

 

Comprehensive training

Employees shall then receive individual training in their respective departments. They will also spend several days on the production floor to grasp the essence of our machining operations. The aim of this training is to allow employees to become self-sufficient and efficient at their work as quickly as possible. Since every professional relationship goes both ways, we encourage our employees to give themselves time to adapt and get to know us, explore the culture within our company, and openly communicate so that we can help them along their way.
