Working at Lemco Précision SA is a rewarding and long-lasting adventure! With a team of over 200 employees, we are a world leader in high-precision screw machines. Our company is present in Europe, Africa, and Asia with production sites based in Switzerland.
We cater for an international market, with around 90% of our products exported to over 20 countries worldwide. Our clients include some of the 10 biggest companies in the sectors of aviation, aerospace, and medical devices. However, we don't only operate in these sectors, as we are constantly reinventing our technology to enter new markets such as the fibre optics sector.
We currently work from two offices located in Monthey and Vionnaz, Switzerland. Our teams and operations are rapidly growing, and we will shortly be moving to a new state-of-the-art headquarters with the aim of bringing our teams together for greater efficiency and collaboration between departments.

Methods Engineer - M/F (Description in French)
Experienced
To complete our team we are looking for a Methods Engineer (M/ F) :
Required profile:
- Formation ingénieur HES ou équivalent
- 5 ans d’expérience minimum comme ingénieur de méthode en production
- Expérience dans l’utilisation des méthodes et outils de résolution de problèmes en production, Certification Green Belt un atout
- Expérience dans l’animation de groupe de travail AMDEC process
- Expérience dans l’amélioration des procédés d’usinage
- Facilité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire, capable de fédérer
- Autonome, capable d’initiative, compétence humaine et pédagogique
- Bonne maitrise du logiciel Solidworks
- Connaissances des langues : excellente maitrise du français, bon niveau d’anglais, l’allemand serait un atout
Responsibilities:
- Animation de groupe de travail pour la résolution de problèmes en production
- Standardisation des plans d’outillage de nouvelles pièces et pièces existantes en support à l’industrialisation et à la production
- Animation des groupes de travail AMDEC process
- Gestion de projet process (Etude de faisabilité, Rédaction cdc, Réception et validation machine)
- Gestion de la documentation en production (procédure, instruction et formation des opérateurs)
- Gestion de projets d’amélioration process selon sélection et priorité fixée par le Responsable Méthodes
